But with the exacerbation ofopening up, planned economic background collapse gradually. In the background of themarket economy and urbanization, on the one hand our Governments actively promote thenew rural construction, to increase the efforts of benefiting the agriculture, to promoteurban and rural develop soundly and rapidly. On the other hand, the local governmentoccupy the land illegally to increase investment, phenomenon of arrearing landcompensation is of repeated. The multiple roles of the Government, leading theGovernment disputing benefits with private. Farmers is the vulnerable groups, they will bemore poorer after losing their lands. The shortage of land system and land acquisitionpolicy are gradually exposed. Land requisition compensation cause the petition constantly,land acquisition contradictions often happen one after another, even have been a threat tosocial stability. Why are the farmers so dissatisfied with the land acquisition? What is thereason of landless peasants dissatisfied with? How to reform land expropriationcompensation policy? Attempting to resolve all the questions is the main content of thepaper.In this paper, we choose the landless peasants of Nanchang as the sample.Investigating satisfaction of land acquisition act through the form of questionnaires anddepth interviews, to analysis the factors of affecting the land acquisition’s satisfaction andto proposed land policy reform program. The main content of this study include the following aspects:Ⅰ.Introduce the background and significance of the land requisition system toaffirmed the need for land acquisition reform; Define the important concepts involved inthis study; Described the framework of this study; Details the research methods.Ⅱ.Study Theory. To discuss our agricultural land compensation theory detail,in order to analysis the price of China’s agricultural land expropriation compensationconnotation and the irrationality of the existing land acquisition and compensation systemdesigned. At last, the study defines the full price of agricultural land expropriationcompensation.Ⅲ.
