Studies On The Construction And Countermeasures Of Housing Security System Of Guangdong Provinces From Livelihood Perspective

Housing security system is to protect citizens, especially the investment,construction，supply, management system, basic housing needs of low-income persons.Housing security system is a system engineering social insurance, it has the functionof the three aspects of social welfare and social relief. Through China’s housingsecurity system started relatively late, but as a initial formation of the system, it hasseveral characteristics: namely, administrative, public welfare and regional.In the evaluation of the management system of the housing security system, theperformance is at the core of the management.Evaluation is the primary means ofmanagement, support and critical scientific evaluation index system of systemsscience.With the establishment of housing security system, there are great needsfor a scientific and rational system of indicators and their evaluation criteria, andthrough the quantitative analysis of2006-2010data inspection, the level of housingsecurity system of Guangdong Province, we cam esaily come to the conclusion: Thelevel of housing security system of Guangdong Province is far from suitable interval,the government needs to increase investment to improve its level of protection, andhere we give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
