As China’s population proportion of over60years old people is more than10%of the total, China has come into the aging society already. Throughout the worddeveloped countries,the social transformation from the adult to the aged society inthis process, France spent115years,Swiss spent85years,the united states needed60years,and Britain45years.They also has one common feature,that is “To be richbefore getting old.”Whereas China only requires less than30years of time in thissocial transforming,China’s aging population increasing at fast speed leads us to facethis fact and it has become a typical social problem to solve for moment and needs avery long time to run in future.When our economic structure is not enough to support the aging society,whichbrings about problems in health care, retirement and other corresponding problems.Without doubt, is a heavy burden for the whole country and the area. In recent years,through the trials and efforts of the domentic scholars and govement organazation,andby learning successful experiences of developed countries,we draw the conclution thatwe can meet the needs of old,which in the support,medical treatment of the old anddoing something useful by the old.It is a community endowment pattern of supportingthe old, with Chinese characteristics. This community endowment pattern willbecome a basic method and routes for each region of China to follow suit and tosolve the problem of chinese aging society for a period of time. Because Chinaeconomic development is influenced by regional environment the policy and otherfactors, the difference in the north and south is very obvious. In China, most citycommunity endowment is in the early stage, whole system, facilities, personal quality,medical and health services are still in need of improvement.The main content of the article is to research the marketing strategy of a householdinstrument enterprise under the environment of supporting the old in a local area.According to themarket theory,the solution plan points out the direction of the market development.The firstchapter is the preface which introduces the background and significance of the research andexplains the route,method,and the main content of the research.The second chapter is to analyseand sum up the present condition and the need of household medical instruments by the old inXinHua district,shijiazhuang city.HeBei province.The third chapter is to research the marketingstrategy which combines market theory with the condition of support the old and the selling ofhousehold medical instruments.The fourth chapter is about combining community marketing withholding meeting,through analysis of the problems.The last part is the condusion,which says thehousehold medical instruments selling has a bright future under the better situation of communitysupport of the old.
