Research On The Evaluation Of Shipbuilding Enterprises Competitiveness Of China

In today’s global shipbuilding industry, China, Japan and Korea are the three pillars ofcompetition. On the one hand, the shipbuilding industry has sitting on the top of theshipbuilding industry of the world in the three major shipbuilding indicators. On the otherhand, there are a considerable number of small or medium enterprises among all theshipbuilding enterprises of our country, which have many problems and weakcompetitiveness. Therefore, in the process of shipbuilding industry of our country fromquantity expansion phase to quality promotion stage, enhancing the overall competitivenessof shipbuilding industry has the important practice significance. Establishing theshipbuilding enterprises competitiveness evaluation index system, can help enterprises findout the potential market and the productive potential of itself, through the comparison, theenterprises can find out the gap, in order to point out an effective way to enhance thecompetitiveness.The paper first summarized the competitiveness research of the domestic and foreignrelevant scholars, and on the basis of analysis of the theories of competitiveness, the specificmeaning of shipbuilding enterprises competitiveness was pointed out. Then introduced andanalyzed the backbone shipbuilding enterprises of our country. Used Analysis HierarchyProcess (AHP), based on the two elements of resources and capacity, combined with3DKey Determinants Identified Model, the paper constructed the shipbuilding enterprisescompetitiveness evaluation indexes system, and selected twenty enterprises as samples tomake empirical research, in order to provide decision-making reference for shipbuildingenterprises for enhancing the competitiveness.
