Research On Land Circulation Mode Based On Food Security

Ensuring food security and solving the problem of feeding a population of1,300million Chinese will always be the paramount importance that our government need toface with. Food security protection base is fairly fragile and food security is stillkeeping in a tight balance. The establishment of a highly efficient and rational landcirculation patterns seems to be an inevitable choice to ensure national food security,because it helps to promote agricultural land well organized and systematic circulation;helps to the promote large-scale operation of agriculture, and helps to protect theeffective supply of agricultural products.In order to establish an effective pattern of land circulation, firstly this paperanalyzes the existing rural land circulation patterns on grain security influence, reachscale management of circulation patterns to ensure food safety, and the same time, thisarticle applied the method of layer analysis to make performance comparison as to themain mode of land scale circulation, find out that the land bank is to guarantee thesecurity of grain circulation mode choice. In addition, this article made comparativeanalysis about land bank operating mode between foreign land banks and our country,such as Germany, France, Canada and other foreign land bank. Finally this articlepresented the view that our country should learn from the experience of foreign landcombining with our country’s conditions to improve our land bank. At last, this articleestablished an mechanism design from the overall structure of modes, organizations,business scope, conditions and other aspects of China’s land bank based on theperspective of food security, and made the quantitative analysis about land bank of thesmall business and the place plants growing proportion, by adopting the related gametheory, and taking Henan**land bank the empirical analysis.Based on the food security land bank transfer model research, it providedreference for the government to formulate relevant policies of land bank and ensure food security land circulation pattern selecting, and provided the theory basis forengaging in land banking executives or decision makers to determine the land bank ofthe minimum scale, loan local crop planting proportion, it has an important applicationvalue to promote the scale operation of land, ensure commissariat to grow an area,ensure food safety.
