The intermediary business with its characteristic of risk is low, do not take up or less take fund,and profit higher has become the world commercial Banks’s an important part of income.The traditional deposit, the loan business and the intermediary business are three pillar businesses accepted by modern commercial bank. Since 1980s, the western commercial Banks to vigorously develop intermediary business.Both the intermediary business volume and profit contribution ratio are beyond the traditional GRC. Intermediary business has become banking new profit growth point.Domestic banking gradually realize the importance of the development of the intermediate businesses. The four major state-owned Banks and some advanced the joint-stock Banks are began to transforme their strategic to develop the intermediary business.
