As market competition being more and more fiercely, nowadays, how to enhance team creativity has become a hot topic in management theory and enterprise management practices. Researches in the past have proved that team creativity is not simplely sum up creativity of individual, it also impacted by the team processes and internal and external team environment.This paper studys on the perspective of team leadership and team atmosphere, making a research about the mechanism of empowering leadership and team cohesion influential on team creativity, and introducing transactive memory system(TMS) as a mediator variable, deeply exploring the mediating effect of its different dimensions. In addition, in the study of process about TMS acting on team creativity, introducing two moderate variables—task routine and deep diversity, strive to make a more clearly explanation about relationship between TMS and team creativity.This study takes Zhejiang province enterprise teams as sample, collects289valid questionnaires (including59team leaders’questionnaires and230staffs’ questionnaires). Using the statistical software tools Spss and Amos, this study gets some main conclusions:1、empowering leadership has a positive effect on team creativity.2、TMS’s two dimensions coordination and expertise has a mediate effect.3、task routine has a negative moderate effect on the relationship between TMS and team creativity. The results of the paper expands study in team creativity such as impact factors and influencial process, giving some meaningful references to Chinese enterprises in human resource management practice.
