| Since the the implementation of reform and opening up and the support of policy come on stage in succession begun from nineteen eighties, China’s high technology industry entered the period of rapid development. The development of independent intellectual property rights technology and innovation ability has become an important way to strengthen the international competitiveness.Based on the research on technology efficiency and innovation theory, this paper analysis innovation, dynamic mechanism and impact factors of the hi-tech industry. And the steps are:First, after full investigation and understanding of the basic situation and technology of China’s high technology industry, this paper calculates its technical efficiency level. We use DEA method to calculate the technical efficiency results of China’s Hi-tech industry. Second, this paper researched high technology industry’s innovation motive mechanism, and found there are four power sources, including competition driving factor, market pull factor, technical driving factor and government support factor. Third, this paper researched empirically the impact from technical efficiency and innovation level to export competitiveness. The conclusions are as following:Overall, it is necessary to promote the technical efficiency and innovation level of China’s hi-tech industry. Second, the competitiveness of China’s Hi-tech industry didn’t change significantly. Third, the innovation level has significant regional differences. Of course, according to the conclusions, this paper puts forward to corresponding suggestions. |
