The main research results in the following aspects:Firstly, based on investigation and analysis of the current rural land circulation, we get that rural land circulation holds a diversification trend, and the most is rental, and rural land transaction has become common; but there are so many contradictions on the transfer income distribution, namely, person of the maximum land transfer revenue are not consistent. Thorough investigation the enterprise in the land circulation is the largest, followed by the government, fanners at the end of the queue. The enterprise and government income is far higher than the farmers, the fanner maintain unaltered lower levels; In addition, people of the different identity have different compensation perception, and again through research, enterprise and government revenue is far higher than farmer, that leads to appear the peasants’ interests loss of view; In addition, the information of transaction price are not fair, and price mechanism is not perfect. Finally, public opinion survey also found reasonable price is key to protect the interests of all parties, peasants and the rural collective organizations should be used as income allocation of subjects, and establish and improve the system of rural social security and take reasonable income distribution mechanism. To sum up, a series of contradiction on the current country land transfer are effecting the deepening and developing land reform.Secondly, through game theory on the current issues of rural land circulation analysis showed that:on the one hand, in the process of rural land circulation because of incomplete information or farmer information disadvantaged circumstances, then the farmer get less income, and land owners in the bargaining process advantage, get more revenue the game relation, reach the temporary equilibrium point, but when the farmer know land owners the highest retention price greater than its highest reserve price and land owners of deceit, farmers will continue to manufacture incident raised its highest reserve price, repeated game, cause stakeholders both income loss, increase transaction cost, waste of social resources; on the other hand, in complete information condition, the benefit main body profit and external applied to their pressure is decreasing function relation, and with the outside pressure is applied to each other by function, namely under the condition of complete information, farmer and land owner’s benefit to receive the effect of external pressure, the government can formulate corresponding policies or rules from the macro level to hold, guidance and management, applied to The same interest subject to appropriate pressure, so as to guide the rural land transfer transaction towards a favorable social and economic development direction; in addition, when land owners pressure equal to or greater than a certain value, farmer’s income under the condition of complete information is greater than the income under the condition of incomplete information, and land owners income on the contrary, but the pressure value is only a theoretical analysis value, not the actual value.
