The Social Capital Perspective R&d Alliance Knowledge Transfer Influence Factors Empirical Research

The role of knowledge become more and more prominent in the era of knowledge economy and gradually become the key resource for the enterprise gain competitive advantage. But it is difficult to provide all the knowledge resources required by technology innovation by single enterprise. As an important way to reduce risk and gain technology resources, R&D alliance gradually developed in the modernization construction. Therefore researching the knowledge transfer in R&D alliance has important theoretical and practical significance.As the main content of social network, social capital has a major impact on the individual behavior of the network. This research explores the factors that affect knowledge transfer within R&D alliance from three dimensions of social capital. Based on the review of abundant literatures, this study start with summarize of the direct factors on each knowledge transfer process. Then analyze the impact on these direct factors by the social capital from three dimensions. On the basis of academic analyze, this article gives the conceptual model by knowledge transfer effect as dependent variable, direct factors on knowledge transfer as intermediary variable and social capital factors as independent variable, and further puts forward the hypothesis. This article makes investigation by questionnaire in ongoing R&D alliance and analyzes the data by SPSS.The analyze result show that, social capital has significant impact on the R&D alliance knowledge transfer effect. Individual knowledge transfer intense and communication chance has significant intermediary role. Individual knowledge absorptive capacity and the ability to transfer knowledge have significant influence on knowledge transfer effect, but the intermediary function not proven.In addition, this study made recommendations to the administrator of R&D alliance according to the research results.
