Studies On The Protection Of Cultivated Land Resource In Anhui Province Based On The Food Security

Food safety problem is long-standing, but until the nineteenseventies worldwide food crisis makes the real problem caused theattention of people. Cultivated land resources as the base thatcommissariat produces, for national economy and social stability andhealthy development to have the vital significance. A country’s percapita arable land quantity and quality and to provide human foodquantity and quality, is the country’s national survival, socialdevelopment of the most basic material conditions. Anhui province isan agricultural big province, the base of country’s main agriculturalproducts production. But since the reform and opening up, with theindustrialization, the urbanization process is accelerated, and the soilerosion, industrial waste emissions and the use of pesticides andchemical fertilizers, all these factors restricting Anhui provincecultivated land resource quantity and quality. This paper is based on theresource of Anhui province farmland supply and demand equilibriumon the basis of analysis, combined with the three industries in Anhuiprovince ’s GDP, investment in social fixed and the level of people’s lifeand social economic factors and cultivated land resources changes ofcultivated land resources in Anhui Province, to find out the effect ofchanges of main factors. At the same time, Anhui province according tothe population growth and the improvement of people’s living standardof Anhui Province in the future a period of food safety situation.Through to the Anhui province cultivated land resources and foodsecurity status of the principal component analysis, linear regressionanalysis and grey model to analyze the changing law and trend of it.Research shows, farmland resource is the base that commissariatproduces, in order to ensure food safety and guarantee a certain numberof cultivated area is necessary. On the influence factors of cultivatedland resources, social and economic development especially industrial development and economic development of the tertiary industry, thedevelopment of rural aquaculture, the process of urbanization and thedominant factors of agricultural science and technology. At the sametime to cultivated land resources change condition as a foundation,predicts the future food demand and production capacity, in order todetermine the food security situation in Anhui province. Finally,through the above analysis put forward to deepen reform of rural landuse system, perfect land commandeer system, increase investment ofagricultural science and technology and the implementation ofpreferential agricultural policies to implement policy recommendations,to the effective protection of arable land in Anhui Province, reasonableuse farmland, thus easing the potential danger of food security in Anhuiprovince.
