Is China’s largest producer of alumina, primary aluminum and aluminum processing, is the world’s second largest alumina producer and third largest primary aluminum producer. Aluminum Corporation of China zhongzhou branch (known as Chinalco zhongzhou Branch) is its largest production base of aluminum oxide, after more than20years of development, annual production capacity of3million tons of alumina.For many years, Aluminum Corp of China zhongzhou branch maintains a very low staff turnover rate, until the end of2010, there have been significant changes,there have been more concentrated employee turnover.2011is more serious, there were106people leaving, for the first time in the history of the company. And more than70%for middle and senior managers and technicians. Once production and personnel to the company a larger impact on stability, over a long period of time can affect the company efficient and stable production.Is the cause of this has been working some staff leave a dozen enterprises,20years? For businesses, employees, especially what it means the loss of key employees? Enterprises and how to deal with the present situation?In this paper,a total of200Zhongzhou branch serving and former employees,conducted a questionnaire survey,received197valid questionnaires,and based on the collected date using SPSS software for data analysis,descriptive statistics analysis describe the samples chosen by independent sample T test for different reasons for staff turnover is significantly different,through factor analysis to find out the impact is the biggest cause of employee turnover.According to zhe municipal derived problems are targeted analysis and gives the corresponding problem solving approach.
