Evaluation And Research On Operational Stability Of Supply Chain

With the development of economic globalization and increasing of market competition, competition in supply chain has gradually become the mainstream of the market competition. Supply chain as a multi-enterprise alliance, its business philosophy, members benefit demand, value orientation, etc.are different, often caused the inconsistency of individual behavior of enterprise and the overall goal of supply chain. This phenomenon will affect the stability of the supply chain operations, seriously affect the operational efficiency of the supply chain, and even lead to fracture of the supply chain. It seriously affects the competitiveness of the supply chain. Therefore, it is necessarytoevaluate and research theoperational stability of supply chain.Firstly, the thesis expounded on the basic theory of the supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain operational stabilitybasedon the comprehensive analysis of relevant literature. Then, it analyzed the characteristics of theoperational stabilityofsupply chain. It introduced the life-cycle management method, and constructed the life-cycle model of operational stability of supply chain. The articleexplained the cause of instability of the supply chainbased on the system theory, resource dependence theory, transaction cost theory, game theory and risk theory. It analyzed the type of operational instability of the supply chain from formation rule, degree and market structure. Ultimately put forward the key factors of supply chain operational stability based on some scholars’research.Secondly, according to the evaluation principles, the thesis set up the evaluation index system of operational stability of supply chain,and analyzed the index selection and calculation. The article combined FCA, AHP and FCE, presented anevaluation method in operational stability of supply chain which is PCA-FCE method. This method used PCAto filterevaluation indexes in order to reduce thecorrelationbetweentheindexes. And used thecombination weightingmethod (AHP and PCA) to determine theindex weight, then evaluate the operational stability of the whole supply chain by FCE model.Finally, thearticle tookautomotive supplychainfor example. According to large amounts of datacollected, and used theindex system and evaluationmodelproposed in this paper,the article evaluated theoperational stabilityofanautomotive supplychain. It verified the rationality and validity of theindex system and evaluationmodel.
