With accelerating of the global economic integration process, small and medium enterprises are facing more complex and difficult market environment, although they got more development opportunities. However, due to the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China congenital deficiencies in management, innovation and marketing, and so a lot of limitations to maximize the benefits from economic globalization to achieve rapid development, the key is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to break through the development obstacles. To address the problem, this paper aims to in-depth understanding of business problems and break down barriers for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to achieve rapid development of ideas.Specifically, this research include the following aspects:First, clear the basic concept of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of reviewing the history of the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, fully affirmed the tremendous contributions to the national economy of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, pointed out the importance of the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Second, combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the strengths and weaknesses, analyze the constraints.Third, put forward many aspects to promote the stable development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. ZhongYuan Pipe precise strategic positioning, as well as through technological innovation, brand marketing, management capacity, enhance ability to break through the obstacles to development case.
