Food security has been the major issue of the national economy and the people’slivelihood in China. It is the basis of the relationship between economic development,social stability and national self-reliance. In recent years, due to economicdevelopment, China’s rigid demand for food continues to increase. At the same time,natural disasters, international market, and many other factors also restrict thedevelopment of Chinese grain industry. Therefore, the Chinese government putforward a principle that is "must adhere to based on the domestic country to achievefood self-sufficiency. The seed occupies a pivotal position in agriculture and the seedquality and food production are closely linked. In order to achieve a steady increasein grain and other major agricultural products, the need of China is a set of high-yield,stable yield, high-quality, efficient integration of complex genotype seeds, in thefuture. At the same time, in order to better marketing the high-quality seeds andcontinues to innovation, China also needs to set up our own seed industry. Then,this companies will grow up in the fierce market competition, and commitment tocorporate responsibility and social responsibility.In the first chapter, the author overviews the situation of Huizhi AgriculturalCompany (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and introduces a series ofhigh-value special corn varieties and research strength, while analyzing thedeficiencies of the company in management, marketing and other aspects.In the second chapter, the author analyze the company’s external environment,including macro environment and competitive environment. When analyzing themacro environment, the author focuses on political, economic, social, and technical.Exploring the competitive environment, the author found that, in the corn seed market,the bargaining power of raw material suppliers and buyers is not strong, market entry is extremely difficult, similar products has strong alternative, and foreign companieshave more competitiveness, in the industry. Therefore, the company has uniqueadvantages and strong competitiveness because of their products and technology.In the third chapter, the author analyze the company’s internal environment. Thecompany’s core competitiveness is the ability of R&D, because corporate has strongR&D team and partners. At the same time, the company has a strong financingcapability and profitability. Now, company layout of the market in the Northeast andNorth China, and take advantage of direct sales, agents and orders to sell products. Inthe aspect of human resource, the company has both strengths and shortcoming,especially the problem of lack of staff in marketing and management. At the end ofthis chapter, through a comprehensive analysis, the author clearly points out thecompany’s opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages.In the fourth chapter, according to the contents of the first three chapters, theauthor highlights the company’s vision, mission and objectives. And the same time,the author proposes three strategic measures: production bases, R&D base and themarketing team.In the fifth chapter, according to the three strategic measures described inChapter IV, the author proposes two safeguards to improve capital operation systemand human resources system. The system of improving the capital operation includesthe use of financial capital, venture capital and public financing. The system ofimproving the human resources focuses on R&D team, marketing team building andthe establishment of employee incentives.
