The emergence,development and innovation of information technology have promoted the great transformation and adjustment of global industrial organizations,and in the face of the international financial crisis,the developed countries have started from information technology,the development of information industry,the application of information network as another core competitiveness of the country.China also attaches great importance to the information technology industry,which is regarded as the most important and urgent development industry in the seven strategic industries.New development opportunities have broad prospects for development,the influx of foreign competitors and the rapid development of domestic and private enterprises,the formation of major communications equipment suppliers between the fierce competition and complex situation.Under such a background,this paper analyzes the development strategy of the company by analyzing the internal and external environment,the advantages and disadvantages of the company,the opportunities,challenges and threats of the development of the telecom network equipment provider H.First of all,combing the relevant knowledge and theory of strategic management,introducing and introducing the tools of strategic analysis,for the study of this article to do a substantial theoretical basis and guarantee.Secondly,the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the communication company H and the competitive structure of the industry,and through the application of Porter's five-force model and pest analysis tools,to determine the competition in the external environment of the company,opportunities and threats,and the key factors that affect the company's development strategy,the SWOT analysis of H company can discover the inherent advantages and disadvantages of the company,the growth opportunities and the threats it faces,the above information analysis,summary,to the company's development goals as the main line,to make all aspects of the company feasible,Long-term development planning with development potential.Finally,from the decision-making system,enterprise culture,organizational structure and otheraspects of the company's strategic development planning to establish safeguards.
