Study On Sustainable Development Elements Of Construction Project

The sustainable development of the construction project is a very important part of the sustainable development strategy. Domestic and foreign government departments, research institutions, experts and scholars have been carried out extensive research in the sustainable development of the construction project evaluation model. But for a long time, all the studies on sustainable development of construction projects have been based on the evaluation methods. There is no universally agreed on the study on sustainable development elements of construction project. Therefore, by reviewing the current studies on this field both domestic and abroad, the dissertation makes a detailed and systematic study about the theory and methodology of the construction project sustainable development. This study establishes the framework system of construction project sustainability development elements. The content and conclusion of the dissertation is as follows:(1) By introducing the research background and significance of construction projects for sustainable development, indicating the importance of sustainable development of the construction project and the need to study. According to the history and research results of the construction project sustainable development both domestic and abroad, summed up the research on sustainable development elements of construction project is not embed enough and exist some problems, and have proposed improvements.(2) Studied the background, definition and connotation of sustainable development, combined the characteristics of construction projects and sustainable development theory, analyzed the corresponding problems of construction project evaluation and sustainable development theory, defined the connotation of construction project sustainable development. Included two parts:one is the construction projects own capacity for sustainable development, including sustainable development of the construction project reflected in the technical and management capacity, another is the contribution of construction project for sustainable development of regions and cities, including the contribution of social, economic and environment to the region’s sustainable development.(3) According to the guiding ideology, principles and selection method of designing the construction project sustainable development elements framework system, combined with the connotation of construction project sustainable development, built the framework system of construction project sustainable development, including social influence elements, economic influence elements, environmental influence elements, technology influence elements and management influence elements of five parts, and made the connotation of the various parts.(4) Used expert investigation method for dealing with construction project sustainable development elements, and through SPSS17.0software used reliability analysis method dealing with the survey data to increase the reliability of the elements. The dissertation only took the social benefits elements survey data for instance, to demonstrate the reliability analysis on the elements, and made research results more scientific.(5) Sum up the study outcome of the dissertation, and point out the places worthy of further study.
