It ensures that the totalamount of the urban and rural construction land not to increase, the total amount ofcultivated land not to be reduced. The market means optimize the land resourcesallocation and feedback the appreciation income to farmers, so that the rural land getappreciation, and the farmers get rich. It achieved the economic results in society tovote trading. The rural idle land asset is revitalized, and the resources is got effectiveconfiguration. The urban and rural integration progress is driven. Further promotion ofurban and rural areas coordination is realized. At the same time, the vote transaction is conducive to crack the urban-rural dual system, promotes the coordinateddevelopment in urban and rural areas. and makes us find a new way in land acquisition.It should be say, this kind of mode to vote transaction in the national development ofurbanization and industrialization is extremely significant for reference. But to votetransaction, there still exist some problems. The support of vote system in legalaspects is not enough. The main body of vote transaction is not clear. Sothe last part in this paper points out that we should further clarify the main body ofvote transaction, perfect the trade supervision system, set up the income distributionsystem, and strengthen the supervision to form reasonable and perfect relevant subjectprofit mechanism, and to further improve the enthusiasm of the land reclamation to thefarmers and the owner of the land, etc.
