The enterprise annuity, also known as enterprise supplementary pension insurance, is an employee benefit plan established in the basic old-age insurance on a voluntary basis. At the macro level, it is the second pillar of the pension insurance system in China is an important supplement to the national basic pension insurance:At the micro level, it is also part of the corporate human resources strategy in the market system is an important means for companies to attract talent, stable personnel, and motivate talented people. Long-term incentive and guarantee the effectiveness of the enterprise annuity, it can not only meet the pension needs of the employees, but also to motivate staff to continuously improve work efficiency. Therefore, how the enterprise annuity system and corporate human resources strategy of organic combine to build their incentives to become an important issue in the development process of China’s enterprise annuity system.This article rely on the basic theory of the pension and human resource management, the use of survey research methods, starting from the existing research results of enterprise annuity. The status quo of China’s enterprise annuity plan incentives to in-depth analysis, conceived of the human resources strategy for the recommendations of the oriented reconstruction of the enterprise annuity incentives, hoping to help the future development of China’s enterprise annuity.
