Enterprise annuity, basic pension insurance and personal savings constitute the three pillars of pension insurance system in China.With the arrival of China’s aging population, a variety of social problems are increasing. In recent years, basic pension insurance system supported by our government faces enormous challenges. Basic pension insurance fund hardly making ends meet, companies default on basic pension insurance payments. Some retirees cannot receive pensions on time and so on. These problems have seriously hampered the healthy development of China’s pension insurance system.Enterprise annuity, as an effective supplement to the basic pension insurance, has attracted government and enterprises’ attention. How to make the enterprise annuity in the better management of our human resources, integrating it into the corporate human resources strategy, and to improve the salary and benefits system, to promote the harmonious development of labor relations, to help enterprises achieve the operational management objectives, make the enterprise annuity system in the process of China’s development to be an important, long-term problem.This thesis starts from the basic theory of enterprise annuity, a comprehensive introduction to the concept of enterprise annuity type and course of development. It then describes the relationship between the enterprise annuity, as well as human resources management. It further applies the theories of the human resources and enterprise annuity into the Mining and Metallurgy General Hospital as a case study, and further analysis of the enterprise annuity system in practice in human resource management. By a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation of the Company A, the purpose of the development of enterprise annuity, design ideas, estimates assumptions, it brings out the ideas of proportion of corporate and individual contributions, allocation vest set way to receive content, indicating that the enterprise annuity program human Resource Management, and pointed out that the common problems of the companies at this stage in the process of using enterprise annuity system.The thesis also describes the Western developed countries in human resources management for the enterprise annuity applications, combined with national conditions of the present stage in China. Looking at the problem from the government and enterprises point of view respectively, discuss how to advance the enterprise annuity system in our country faster and healthier, to sincerely integrate several suggestions to China’s human resources management system.
