Reseh On Households’ Economic Behavior And Ruralanti-povertyin Gansu

Poverty reduction in recent years has been increasingly become an important part of the cooperation and development between national institutions and supranational bodies. China’s poverty reduction work has achieved remarkable results since1980. However, special difficulty areas in China Midwest are hovering near poverty line on a much longer time, in which deep contradictions restrict development. The technique, tools and path of the research framework and practice for poverty are obscure.As an important part and decisive factor of the regional poverty reduction and economic development, households’behaviors research is of great importance. In order to understand and answer the questions of regional poverty reduction better, in view of the micro-experiment on household’s behaviors, this paper try to analyse the economic behavior characteristics (orientation), and find the breakthrough point and strategies of the poverty households’behavior optimization and regional poverty reduction. Detailed provisions can be divided into the following3research goals:(a) exogenous motivation (consumer behavior, investment behavior, economic space behavior) characteristics and the influence factors;(b) external responsiveess (labor mobility, technology introduce and application, social organization construction and participation, information exchange and interaction) characteristics and the influence factors;(c) poverty househoulds’behavior review and its optimization technique, as well as the suggestions to be brought out.Adjusting and eliminating the independence factors in rural economic environment, this paper has a description and analysis of poverty households’ behaviors characteristics applied Lowfrequency Test in Experimental Economics,(a) Poverty households’behaviors in Gansu are comprehensive performance of utility maximization under constraint conditions, rather than the more efficient;(b) it is presented a moderate positive coupling model between exogenous motivation and external responsiveess of poverty households in Gansu, which can be easy to a benign cycle effects by ation of established policy advocacy;(c) achieve the goal of poverty households’behavior optimization and regional poverty reduction through both the ability cultivation and policy guidance.
