Changanbus state-owned enterprise is located in hebei province of DingZhou. According to the current coach industry facing severe internal and external environments of the cruel, appear clients in product price high erosion, product delivery delay rate is as high as20-30%, employee compensation for loss of many reasons and so on, this paper puts forward through the Lean production of recycling Changanbus production system reform. In the concrete implementation, first based on "Lean production" theory,used the Lean production techniques and tools,contacted with Changanbus actual, take to get the point, key projects demonstration, the accumulation of lean production experience, set up the lean improve confidence.
