Research On Knowledge Sharing Mechanism In High-tech R&D Team

In the time background of knowledge economy, knowledge management has been widely used. Knowledge management includes many aspects:knowledge sharing、 knowledge transferring, etc., and knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management. In high-tech enterprises, R&D team is playing an increasingly important role on improving the organization competitive power, and knowledge sharing is an important factor in maintaining the core competitiveness of the R&D team. So how to take knowledge management effectively, and how to actively promote knowledge sharing are the key questions that the research and development team managers must pay attention to. Based on the review of knowledge management theory, team theory, social exchange theory, social cognitive theory and other related theories, we focused on four factors for analysis that influence the team knowledge sharing:subject, object, sharing background and the process of knowledge sharing. On this basis, we built a model of knowledge sharing mechanisms. In the framework of the model constructed, we conducted a case study. Combining team knowledge sharing features, the actual situation of Company A, and this paper identified problems of Company A in knowledge management by questionnaire, and made a sound knowledge management comments and suggestions.The innovation of this paper includes:first, we conducted knowledge sharing factor analysis for high-tech enterprises; Second, by introducing the net value concept of knowledge sharing, this paper built a model of knowledge sharing mechanisms; Third, we presented improve knowledge sharing opinions.
