The Integration And Application Of Development Zone Land-use Spatial Database

Land-use spatial data is the important data generated by the land management work, it is the the basic data to support the land scientific planning, the rational exploitation and utilization, and the land investigation for land management department. After twenty years of development, the development zone accumulated a large number of land management information in the process of land resource management. The corresponding land-use spatial database for data storage and management must be established, then realize the digitization of land management work. It is the important work of land resouce manage department. Land-use spatial data involves multiple land management departments, and each of them has different ways to deal with land-use spatial data, resulting in the structural diversity of the spatial data from different departments, so that cause some difficulties on spatial data comprehensive utilization and sharing service.Spatial data integration is the technology for the purpose of eliminating the difference between of the spatial data, sorting and processing the existing spatial data to achieve the integrated management of spatial data and attribute data. This thesis base on the analyz of the development zone land-use spatial data classification and features, using the integration technology of spatial data procession, spatial data conversion, and spatial database technology to achieve the integration of development zone land-use spatial data, and construction of the development zone land-use spatial database management system to management and application the land-use spatial data of development zone.This thesis first focuses on the three parameters, four parameters and seven parameters which is the common method of coordinate transformation, and choose the four parameter method to transform the coordinate of development zone land-use spatial data on the basis of the analysis of conversion principle and applicable scope for the three coordinate transformation methods.Take the data format of AutoCAD and MapGIS as examples, use the method to convers the spatial data format with reduce the information loss as the goal. And through the establishment of land use spatial data model and land-use spatial database to achieve the unified management of the development zone land-use spatial data and attribute data, and then realize the land-use spatial data integration and sharing.It propose the overall framework and specific content of development zone land-use spatial data integration based on the analysis of the composition and feature of development zone land-use spatial data. And take a development zone as an example to achieve the database integration of development zone land-use spatial data by data format conversion, coordinate transformation, spatial data organization and modeling spatial data model, as then bulid the development zone land-use spatial database management system to realize the basic functions of data management, information query, thematic map production and others, to lay the foundation for digital the development zone land management.
