The Research Of Land Use Comprehensive Zoning Base On Spatial Planning Database

Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China's economy has turned to the stage of high quality development.It is increasingly important to deal with the relationship between population,economy,society and ecology.The relationship between land and space elements faces significant opportunities and serious challenges.The land space is in disorder,and the spatial structure is unbalanced.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,China has put forward new requirements for the space planning and comprehensive zoning of land and resources.According to the outline of national land for land planning(2016-2030),we need to advance the development,classification and comprehensive management of land and resources,further optimize the development pattern and improve the quality of development.Land space planning is the foundation of land space development.And management of land planning comprehensive zoning is an important part.Only comprehensive existing national spatial planning information,ormulating reasonable land use strategy,and definiting departition function positioning based on coordinated planning,we can realize the overall,global,long-term and scientific management of the comprehensive zoning.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive zoning theory of domestic and international land use,the basic concepts and theoretical basis of space planning and use zoning are analyzed.The comprehensive zoning method of land use was summarized.The main content and data base of spatial planning database are summarized.The characteristics and problems of current land use zoning are summarized.The principle and workflow of spatial planning database integration are established.This paper combines with the multi-regulation fusion and the "three life" space concept.Spatial planning data of each department are collected.It formulates a unified land and space planning database standard and data base,builds acomprehensive partitioned database for land use,and studys the comprehensive zoning technology system of land use.By means of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,GIS overlay analysis method,spatial clustering analysis method and discriminant analysis method,the comprehensive partition is realized.Finally,taking Haiyang city as an example,the comprehensive evaluation and zoning of haiyang land space are carried out,and the comprehensive zoning plan was proposed.This article contains six parts.The first chapter is the introduction which mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research progress,the research content and object,the research methods,the research technique route,the research focus and the innovation point.The second chapter mainly study the basic concepts and theoretical basis,the database related to spatial planning,the comprehensive zoning of land use,more concepts,and includ the regional differentiation regularity theory,the land use zoning control theory,the relationship of person and the coordinated development theory,the space planning and coordination theory,the market resources allocation theory and other theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly expounds the spatial planning database construction,including the spatial planning database classification,the database characteristics,and proposes the spatial planning database construction principle and the processing flow.The fourth chapter is the core content of this paper which mainly studies comprehensive zoning and zoning methods for land use including GIS overlay analysis,multi-factor comprehensive evaluation,spatial clustering and discriminant analysis.This paper digitizes the spatial planning database based on ArcGIS spatial analysis.The coordinated planning layer is realized through the GIS overlay analysis.And using the spatial autocorrelation index data correlation analysis and K-Means group clustering tool spatial,map spots are clustered.Then SPSS discriminant analysis tool and markov distance test are used to realize the classification.The fifth chapter is an empirical study of the case of haiyang city.Based on the comprehensive partition method of the fourth chapter,this paper studies the comprehensive zoning of land use in the research area of Haiyang city.The study area of Haiyang city is analyzed,andthe results are analyzed and thought deeply.The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper,and puts forward the problems and shortcomings of this paper,as well as the prospects for the future research on the comprehensive zoning of land use.
