With the fast development of science and technologies, and the growing varieties of products, the market competition is fierce and the operation philosophy of enterprises has developed from products and production focused to customer orientation. However much attention goes to the customers, we cannot ignore the impact to internal customer’s satisfaction as well as their participation and positivity. The usual phenomenon is, the company employees hesitate to express their unsatisfaction to the management, and instead they either hide or counter with negative working even leaving, or redirecting the negative mood to the production equipment and products. This leads to "high employee turnover rate","low production efficiency" and "in-loyalty of the subordinates". And therefore raises the cost of recruiting, training, and even the instability of product quality.Employee opinion surveys thus act as a usual tool for the company to communicate with its employees. The management could diagnose the hidden problems of the company effectively, understand the effects brought by policies and changes, and fully review the management and operation work of the company, to guarantee the working efficiency of the company and reduce problems like low productivity, high waste ratio and high personnel turnover rate.Generally, the studies of employee satisfaction have been focused on fields like the relationship between employee satisfaction and termination rate, organizational commitment, learning culture, and compensation, etc. These reflect the importance of employee satisfaction to company management. And how to organize the employee opinion survey effectively and encourage each employee for actively participation is the problem that many companies need to consider and solve.Hence, it’s necessary to further discuss the detailed implementation methods of Employee Opinion Survey. This article is based on the data from X Company. So, it has very strong practicability and highlighted operating mode with enterprise characteristics so as to provide much more references for other enterprises.
