| As the competition among the enterprises become more and more pierce, the employees turnover has become normalized. Many companies have realized that the human resource is now essential to their success and the talent competition has become the elites. To attract and keep the outstanding talents must improve the employees’satisfaction, cultivate their perception of belonging, enhance their loyalty and achieve the humanity management. As a result, how to measure and evaluate employees’satisfaction and how to complete the management of employees’satisfaction become the first priority.In this thesis, by reading plenty of literature, the author analyzed all kinds of study on the employees’satisfaction all over the world and found that the employees’satisfaction had significant meaning to enterprises, which could help diagnose the problems in the organization and even had great effect on enterprise’s sustainable development. By combining the theory and the practice research, the thesis firstly analyzed the meaning and necessity of employees’satisfaction and the influencing factors. Then by integrating the case of ER Network Power Employees’Satisfaction Survey, it analyzed the company’s situation extensively and roundly. Meanwhile, based on the employees’satisfaction theory, it summarized the approaches to improve the employees’satisfaction and the managing measurement.By studying on the evaluation method and the discussion about the management of the employees’satisfaction, the author provides us with a tool and method to organization diagnosis, employee psychology understanding, employee motivation, employee satisfaction improvement and management improving. All these method could be generalized and be helpful for enterprises in the rat race. |
