Integration Of Rural Resources In The Context Of The New Rural Construction

This paper,the integration of regional to the county’s rural resources and related cases for the study,uses rural resources integration theory and case studies to explore the rural resources integration issues under the new rural construction,in order to achieve maximum effectiveness of rural resources,resulting in better governance and construction rural and service for the new socialist countryside.The paper considers that rural development must be the integration of rural resources, and rural resource integration work must be as a systems engineering, overall planning to achieve the effect of1+1>2, so as to comprehensively promote the new rural construction and development.This is not only the government, farmers, market, social and other multi-subject must think deeply and actively participate in the problem. This study will also attempt to provide solutions to the problems faced by Xishui County, Huanggang City in rural areas in the integration of resources ideas to do their part for the construction of new local rural.
