Russia has vast oil resources.China and Russia are big countries of supply and demand in the oil industry.Russia’s potential oil resources in Eastern Siberia near the Chinese.It can guarantee the security of the oil transportation and promote regional economic development.Labors of China and Russia are highly complementary.It can improve the quality of labor in a certain degree.Between the two countries border economic penetration is strong.
