Nowadays, the housing problem has become the focus of building a harmonious society of our country and healthy development of our economic. Housing problem involves the immediate interests of majority of people, it relates to both the national economic problems and the national political issues. In the central government "the12th Five-Year plan" on public housing in2011, requirements of the construction of36million units of public housing. This plan makes the supply of public housing to the most important issue in the housing security system. Thus, the study of public housing has an important significance between theoretical and practical, which both an important component of China’s socialist market economic theory and the basis of the reform about housing system.Public housing plays a positive sole in solving low-income families housing problem. However, there have been some problems in the implementation process, which mainly reflected the relationship among the coordination of the public housing supply. Moreover, a variety of issues in reality strongly requires us to rethink and re-positioning the coordination of the main supply of public housing. Research and summary the theory in public housing about coordination of main supply in policy, expenditure and production, will lay the theoretical foundation for the sustainable development of public housing.The relationship research on the main supply of public housing can stimulate the government and the community to re-examine and rethink the modes of the supply of public housing. At the same time, the research will play an active role in local economic and social construction, which can promote the construction of a harmonious society in China. The article studies the relationship among the main supplies of public housing, through literature review and research, from the three perspectives of the powers, property rights, and construction starting. The goal of this paper is a sustainable supply of public housing, based on the logical thread of "Who will supply public house?" Investigate the supply of the main body of public housing. Use a combination method of theoretical analysis and empirical research. This paper based on the three perspectives, which analysis the coordination mechanism between the main responsibilities of public housing. Especially through the coordination of the interests of all parties, clear the responsibility, right and obligation at all levels of government, local departments and the community, in order to explore the model of sustainable development of public housing. Finally, provide the basis for the coordination of interests between the main parties supply of the public housing.This paper mainly studies the model of Wuhan City public housing supply, through the analysis the mode of supply of public housing of Wuhan City, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of the Wuhan City public housing, and provide a new way of other areas health and sustainable development of public housing.
