The Research Of Chinese Public Housing's Supply Patterns

"Everyone own house" is the bright aspiration of Chinese since ancient years. With the continuous progress of Chinese city, the middle-income and low-income families'housing problem is particularly prominent. The establishment of the housing security system and the new pattern of public housing supply for the middle-income and low-income families are the effective measures to solve their housing problems, it has an extremely important meaning. Under the premise of the recollection of Chinese housing security system's history, on the basis of the analysis of relevant books, thesises and related data, the author took the system analysis and empirical analysis to the foreign public housing supply patterns and some Chinese cities'housing security policies, and used factor analysis,differences analysis,related analysis and other methods, then summarized the experiences to be learned from and disadvantages to be improved of Chinese new public housing supply pattern, finally developed the basic framework of Chinese new public housing supply pattern.This thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter One is the introduction, it mainly summarizes the research background and meanings,the research content and the research methods. Chapter Two introduced the relevant concepts and the theories basis. Chapter Three recalls the history of Chinese housing security system, and introduced Chinese current housing security system and public housing supply pattern, then pointed out the existed problems. Chapter Four describes the public housing supply patterns of two categories of foreign countries, and contrasts in the four areas of general idea,the management system,capital supply and operation method bewteen the two categories of countries'public housing supply pattern, finally gets the worthy experience and enlightenment to be assimilated. Chapter Five analyses the roots of Chinese public housing supply pattern's defects, for these roots it proposes new public housing supply pattern in the four areas of the legal framework,funding sources,housing supply and operational mechanism on the basis of the research of Chapter Three and Four. Chapter Six gets the conclusion of the thesis, then points out the future direction of reseach.
