Affordable housing has been one of the main content of China’s housing security system, has played a positive role in China’s housing reform and housing commercialization process. With the changes in China’s economic development and real estate market, housing is becoming the people’s livelihood. Something happened, like high prices, real estate speculation, illegal construction, had made bad effects on the healthy development of the real estate market. In order to protect the housing aspirations of low-income people, the government vigorously developed affordable housing. However, the development of affordable housing is not like the original intention of its construction is so beautiful, because of the system imperfect, legal, institutional and construction, resulting in affordable housing issues are emerging, and even met the people questioned its worth. Many scholars think to improve the affordable housing system, not only need strict access mechanism, but also the construction of the exit mechanism.Trading the purchased affordable housing, as a part of the exit mechanism’s building, absorbed in all walks of life its attention. And the government also introduced the related file specification guidance, but around the situation is different, the modes showed many differences. The writer tried to study the mode of purchasing the purchased affordable housing, focusing on trading patterns and income distribution. Firstly, list modes of China’s major cities, then collate and analyze every classification, selected a more reasonable mode of exchange-traded and a reasonable solution of income distribution. As Wuhan as an example, combined with the previous analysis, the basis of details on the affordable housing of Wuhan, select a transaction mode, including the repurchase of affordable housing and inheritance. Later, select the two affordable housing projects as a kind of point, calculate investment proportion of government in the two projects. The writer expects to be able to help solve the specific exchange-traded issues.
