The Research On Influence Factors Of Producer Services Cluster During The Period Of Transition

Based on the reviewing of the previous research and understanding of the currentsituation of industry cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang duirngthe transition peirod, we explored the factors which may inlfuence the producerservice industry and testified the factors by the empiircal study of cross-section dataof293towns which are higher in administrative ranking than municipal town inZhejiang Province.Our results suggest that the existing industry base, talent resources, governmentpolicy support, special market, utilization mode of land resource, the volume of landresource, etc. are all the important factors which can inlfuence the cluster of producerservice industry, what’s more, bringing in excellent talent and innovative programs isalso the factor for stimulating the development of the producer service industry.To beadditional, the development of the producer service industry also plays an importantrole in the economy growth.Hence, we provided several measures for dirving up the development of thecluster of producer service industry, and present some realistic suggestions for thedevelopment of the producer service industry inside and outside Zhejiang Province;furthermore, the outcome of the article could be used as reference for the futuresimilar research.
