The Group Diffusion Effect Of Migrant Workers’Entrepreneurship

Since2008, the international financial crisis have a great impact on China’s economy. As a result, many companies in China’s coastal areas have discontinued collapse, a large number of migrant workers have lost their jobs, lead to a large number of migrant workers returning home. At the same time, China is changing the mode of economic development, from rely on resource, workforce development to rely on capital, technology development, and the future of agriculture will gradually towards intensification, industrialization, large-scale, so demand for rural labor force will be less and less. CPC Central Committee and State Council have always attached great importance to migrant workers returning home to re-employment, and introduced a series of preferential policies to support entrepreneurship of migrant workers, want to be able to start to improve employment, encourage more and more migrant workers returning home to become independent entrepreneurs. Therefore, how to promote more migrant workers choose home business, and make their own businesses as the inertia of choice for migrant workers, create a national entrepreneurial climate is particularly important.This thesis uses the methods of literature induction, case analysis, questionnaire and interview, analysis the formation mechanism and the influencing factors of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship. According to these analyzes, the authors proposed some policy recommendations of how to encourage more migrant workers back home business.In this thesis we study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, in this part we introduced the purpose, significance, research ideas, research methods, domestic and international background, possible innovative, inadequacies of this topics.The second part analysis the formation mechanism of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship. First of all, the author on the basis of read the extensive literature define the relevant concepts, obtained the theoretical basis of this paper, and summed up the reasons for the migrant workers back home business. In the second, we take the Qinlan town, Tianchang city in Anhui province as an example, brief introduction to Qinlan town’s economic development. In the last, we on the basis of summary of literature data and analysis of case, summarized the formation mechanism of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship.The third part analysis the influencing factors of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship. In this part, we first from a theoretical perspective analysis the influencing factors of the group diffusion effect of entrepreneurship, obtained some factors have entrepreneurial environment, the quality of entrepreneurs, exemplary role of forerunner. Then organize the survey results and interviews, summarizes the status quo of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship in Qinlan town. Finally, summarized the influencing factors of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship, mainly the following aspects influencing factors:policy and its enforcement, entrepreneurial environment, government action, the degree of recognition of entrepreneurial activities in this area, the overall quality of migrant workers, successful entrepreneurs’ leading role, the degree of difficulty of access to venture capital.The fourth part is the policy recommendations. We from the government level, family and social, migrant workers and successful entrepreneurs, proposed policy recommendations of promote migrant workers’ entrepreneurship.The fifth part is summary and outlook. In summary, we think the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship is a state of migrant workers entrepreneurial activities to achieve in an area. Then summarized the conclusions of the study previously. In outlook, we first hope my study will help others, and then we hope that future scholars to do further research on a more typical region, gather more information, to establish of an effective model quantitative analysis the influencing factors of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship, and from the microscopic explore the formation of the group diffusion effect of migrant workers’entrepreneurship.
