Research Of The Influencing Factors Of Development Of Fruit Industry Through The Peasants’ Perspective Of Hebei Province

With the adjustment of structure of China’s macro economic and the agricultural industry, fruit industry has become the important backbone of agricultural economic growth, rural construction development and farmers get rich. Hebei province is the largest fruit production bases in North China, with a long history of fruit tree planting. And it formed a mass of fruit products that are all famous. But there are also many problems, for example, the peasants’who have a small production scale will have a weak ability in resisting risk, the advantage of traditional fruit is reducing gradually, the planting positive of peasants is becoming lower, and the area of fruint planting is reducing. These problems seriously restrict the development of fruit industry of Hebei province. As the system of socialism market economy improving continuously, in the situation of socialization small-scale peasant, it’s desperately necessary to reasearch the internal and external factors that impact on the willing of managing planting beased on the point of view of peasant fruit production in the theory and the practic.And it will promote the development of fruit industry of Hebei province healthily and substainably.This paper exerts behavioral theory, rational choice theory, scale management theory, adopts the method of theory and empirical research, take the characteristics fruit in Hebei province as for the target, through investgate the 346 households, based on both internal and external environment factors study the main factors of the farmers fruit trees management deeply. Among them, using qualitative analysis method to summariz and statistic the interview datas of expert and farmer, and using the quantitative analysis method to point out the main influences that impact the desire of the farmers fruit trees management from internal and external environment, by improving farmers to the internal and external factors, and then providing the theoretical and empirical basis for the development of fruit industry of Hebei province eventually. The main research conclusions are as follows:1、Through the overall sample area, farmers mainly engaged in labor, education level, the scale of planting fruit trees, the level of technical sophistication, market construction and if there ara agricultural cooperation organization, all these factors will influence the planting desire of peasants. And they are the important factors influence development of fruit industry of Hebei province as well based on the view of paseant. So it needs the active cooperation between our country and revelant departments. And it is important to promote the scientific and techonoligical achievements according to demand, sthengthen the construction of marketing ability of fruit industry, improve the degree of organization of households,and gradually increase the level of the scale of operations of the fruit industry. So only making full use of variety of education resources, carry out the paseant training multi-channelly and multi-levels, perfect the system of education in rural areas, improve the scientific and cultural qualities of paeants, can we improve and promote the development of fruit industry of Hebei province.2、This all to see, important factors of affecting peasant management fruit trees in Cangzhou area includes that the condition of market construction, the proportion of Chinese date tree income account for family income, whether there are agricultural cooperation organizations, planting scale of Chinese date tree; important factors of affecting peasant management pear trees in XinJi pear production area includes that the proportion of pear trees income account for family income, the condition of market construction, the scale of pear trees planted; important factors of affecting peasant management persimmon trees in persimmon region of YiXian includes that the proportion of persimmon income account for family income and the scale of planting. Under the conditions of market economy, fruit production must face to market and then it will achieve the benefit of marketing. So it needs the active cooperation between our country and revelant departments. starting from the region advantage, adjust measures to local conditions adjustment layout, the macroscopic guide by market demand development fruit tree fruit production and optimize product structure.3、The scale of planting in overall sample areas play a important role in the influence of managing fruit trees. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the scale of planting fruit trees of Hebei province furtherly, and calculate the cost of 360 households’income solely, the comprehensive evaluation method is used to confirm that the scale of operation of the advantage fruit and characteristic fruit of hebei province are all more than 16 acres, that is to say the economies of scale is the largest that households whose planting scale of fruit tree in the 16-20 acres. So it is necessary to sound the mechanism of land transfer and promote the moderate scale operation unde the condition of stabilizing the existing land contract relationships over a long term.
