With the development of economic globalization, the enterprise strength produced new change, enterprise "soft strength" is replaced by" hard power" which has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. Hard power can be seen as the financial and material resources to the competition between," soft power" can be seen as the human resources competition. The design consulting firm human resource becomes more and more important for the staff, they are carrying the knowledge creation, use and value-added knowledge type staff. However, incentive enterprise tarry knowledge employee becomes attracted to the essential means. According to the theory of hierarchy of needs, the needs of people from low to high development, must meet the basic need basic to improve staff to meet the higher demand. Therefore, a reasonable salary system has become the cornerstone of excitation system.Based on the A design consulting company as the research object, through the online investigation, discussion and on the company’s internal information access, for the A company tarry talent incentive to take measures for analysis, design consulting industry current incentive system why not tarry talent is the cause of incentive way too onefold, system is not perfect and so on. This paper is divided into six parts, of which the first three part mainly introduces the incentive and general theory of design consulting company basic situation, the fourth part is the fifth part of the" skeleton", derives the company design incentive system basic strategy and the basic frame. The fifth part elaborated the company incentive mechanism to design, attempts from the salary design, occupation planning and design, the design of the cultural system, staff training and other aspects of comprehensive improvement, tried to establish a long-term scientific incentive combination system, achieve the treatment, development, culture, retain talent.
