Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) are different theories of modern enterprises management, and both of them were caught close attention of academe from1990’s.These two theories angle different ways to promote and improve competitiveness from inside and outside boundary of enterprise’s organization respectively. At the present times, both theories have been adopted by many manufacturing and service firms.This study attempts to integrate application of SCM and BPR and analyze SCM process with Supply Chain Operation Reference Models (SCOR Model), then helps firms to understand the performance of supply chain operation and figure out improvement opportunities. The supply chain of a professional audio equipment manufacturer was selected for this study. First, this study modeled and analyzed manufacturer’s supply chain by SCOR models. Next, the performance metrics of operation were built and used to analyze supply chain performance. And then this case study reengineered the process of supply chain to promote SCM performance after the root causes were probed and improvement opportunities were identified.
