In an increasingly competitive market environment, competition among enterprises has shifted to competition between supply chains by simple product competition,relations between enterprises from the original pure competition to the upstream and downstream business cooperation. Each link in the supply chain will affect the operating performance and competitive ability of the entire supply chain, supply chain management is becoming increasingly important in the enterprise. As the core enterprise in the supply chain, manufacturing companies is the most important aspect in the whole industry chain. To ensure a competitive advantage throughout the supply chain, we must first improve their own internal supply chain to adapt to changing market demands.This thesis will make the Supply Chain Management of D Comany as a research object, Using SCOR model research of the supply chain process reengineering of the company. Firstly, this thesis makes clear the concept of enterprise internal supply chain,analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars on the research results of the supply chain management and business process reengineering, and SCOR model is described in detail.Secondly, the author selects the procurement, production, storage, sales and returns these core processes to current situation of D Company's internal supply chain, and by using the SCOR model to diagnose the process and performance of D company's internal supply chain to find the problem. Thirdly, according to the hierarchical structure of the SCOR model to design the reengineering of D Company's internal supply chain processes and the corresponding functional structure, and propose the performance evaluation index of D Company's supply chain to encourage the company implementing reengineering. Fourthly, pointed out that the supply chain process reengineering of D company is a continuous improvement work for a long time, We need to be combined with the actual situation to make corresponding adjustment,Therefore it is necessary to monitor and control the reengineering of the supply chain process, and propose supporting measures. Finally, this thesis summarizes and points out the deficiencies and prospect.
