Research On Spatial Structure Of Employment And Spatial Structural Adjustment In Beijing And The Affect To Residential And Employment

With the improvement of the social and economic development, Beijing as the national political and cultural center, its absorb number of people to work there every year. Behind the huge working population, what was the characteristics of employment spatial structure of Beijing. Moreover, with the social and economic development, what did happen to the structure of employment space. This article uses national economic census in2004and2008, enterprise Register Data in trade and Industry Bureau, survey data about employment and residential separation of Beijing residents to analysis the Spatial structure of employment and Spatial Structural adjustment and to explore the factors.This article analysis the density of the corporate units, practitioners density, spatial distribution characteristics of different industries to research the Spatial structure of employment and Spatial Structural adjustment and to explore the factors. We found that government functions, industry characteristics, development of Social and economic were the main factors to influence Spatial structure of employment.In addition, this article analysis the relationship between Spatial structure of employment and employment and resident. We analysis commuting time, commuting distance, commuting satisfaction to found the relationship of employment behavior and employment and resident. We also found that the residence of employees generally close to gathering area they engaged in.
