As the development of internet,the implementation of touch screen is getting extensive use.Guangdong Jinlong is a manufacturer who mainly involves in single and double touch screen.Along with the extensive competition,Guangdong Jinglong is also facing great challenges from increasing cost of raw material,human resources and depressing prise of touch screen and profit.This article shows that Jinglong’s assembling line of touch screen remains un-optimized for a long time,leaving some workstations unused for most of the time while some workstations are occupied with semi-manufactures.Some workers even leave their positions from time to time,which is the main reason that its productivity fails to meet the standard of touchscreen assembling line as well as the increasing order.It is of great operation significant to reasonably optimize the assembling line,to increase efficiency and productivity and to shorten delivery cycle under the circumstance of cost control and less investment.This article takes Guangdong Jinglong as research objective,optimized the assembling line of Mid-sized touch screen with Industrial Engineering Theory.First of all,this article use timeline to observe the whole process of touch screen assembling line,and analyse the key factors of productivity balance rate and loss rate.Combine with the current situation,we can deduce the key factors that impact efficiency.Secondly,this article use ECRS principle to adjust touch screen assembling line by removing unnecessary work stations,combining adjacency workstations and re-setting operation sequence etc,aiming to balance the working strength of different positions.Finally,this article use economy principle to analyse key workers’ operations,dedicate to improve their efficiency by cutting extra movement,reducing large-twining move,decreasing the frequency of eye-using movement.The conclusion of this article indicates that by optimization of touch screenassembling line,its productivity loss rate decreases from 43.7% to 13.9%,while its productivity balance rate increases from 56.3% to 86.1%,and operation reduces from139 to 131,and productivity per day jumps from 19491 to 39718.This optimization project improves efficiency of touch screen assembling line,and reduce cost of human resource and operation,which is in great help for Guangdong Jinglong in cost control and market demand fulfillment.In long run,this also help Guangdong Jinglong to take initiative and competitive in the market. |
