With economic globalization and China’s and Vietnam’s accession to the WTO,China and Vietnam, two countries, international trade and transnational businessactivities have also been developing rapidly.In recent years, Vietnam in its stable social and political face of strongdevelopment momentum, excellent geographical location, low labor costs, becomingmore and more policy and continuous improvement of environment has attracted manyforeign investments. China has long been friendly neighbors as Vietnam’s long-term,political, and cultural aspects have close contacts, coupled with excellent geographicallocation and thus with the Vietnamese economic investment and cooperation has hugepotential.Today to be the face of international enterprises recognize the important role ofhuman resource management in the enterprise management has become the enterprisenow has to pay attention to issues and human resources management reform. Advancesin human resource management is considered to be one of the reasons that promote thecompany’s operating. However, in practice, human resources management still facesmany challenges. Enterprises are facing the biggest challenge is not lack of funds ortechnology, but how to effectively manage human resources.As a friendly neighbor of Vietnam, China has huge potential to invest in Vietnam,enterprises have come to Vietnam to carry out investment business, but haveencountered some of the more prominent issues in human resource management, arealso different in the human resources management. International cross and, therefore,the existence of different nationalities, different cultural backgrounds, corporate humanresources management, in addition to reflect the general characteristics of the traditionalmanagement, but also has its own characteristics.
