The Game Theory View Of Rural Tourism Stakeholders Research

Rural tourism as an important force in domestic tourism, driven by huge market potentialto be booming, shows a strong vitality and broad development prospects. However, in thepractice of development, excessive development and unreasonable management as the goal ofshort-term economic interests, non-cooperative game of stakeholders, system missing andmanagement offside cause a series of economic interest conflicts and disputes. Top-downgovernment promote enthusiasm, but rural communities are not paid spontaneous attention.Farmers and local communities as the main body of rural tourism are lack of discourse, tourismdevelopment and management controlled by the government and developers are hard to take allparties into consideration. How to weigh the pros and cons between the rural tourismmanagement and the protection of the rural community ,how to balance the interests ofstakeholder, construct a interest coordination mechanism which take visitors、local community、government and developers, and economical、social、cultural and environmental benefit isunavoidable issue in the process of the development of rural tourism. The article discussthoroughly of the rural tourism stakeholders and interest coordination mechanism, is not onlybeneficial to improve rural tourism theory system, but also guide scientific the rural tourismindustry to a more reasonable and regulate direction. In this sense, the study has certaintheoretical and practical significance.The article are summarizes the related theory research in progress, and on the basis ofstakeholder theory and game theory , on the main line of non-cooperative game of rural tourismstakeholders to construct the interest coordination mechanism. First of all, defining the corestakeholders of rural tourism as five categories: tourism enterprises、local residents、communitycollective organizations and rural tourists. Analysis of the main body of the system of differentinterests demand、rights and the phenomenon and reason of the un-coordination interestdemand. In the method of game analysis, build the dynamic game model to analysis therelationship of the game subject and the pattern of interests, explained the evolution of thegame relationship. Based on the game model build rural tourism stakeholder coordinationmechanisms, including the system guarantee mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, interest expression mechanism, interest arbitration mechanism and community participationmechanism.
