Since the early 1990s, the corporate culture research has come for three trends: the research on basic theories of corporate culture; the relationship research between corporate culture and performance; research on the survey and assessment of corporate culture.Corporate culture belongs to the category of non-system, so, as one of the key elements of forming enterprise's core competence, the corporate culture's management role on the staff is mainly to remedy the deficiency of the management system through spirit guiding, just like the role of"water"in the Stone-building Rules.The structure of software corporate culture is made up of three parts, i.e. basic part , subject part , external some, all of which are based on the research practice and the operation of corporate culture. If liken the structure of the software corporate culture as a big tree, the root of the big tree is a basic part, the truck of the big tree is a subject part, the branches, leaves, and fruits of the big tree are external some. Whether the influence of the corporate culture on software enterprises is positive or passivism, this kind of culture has influenced almost all the staff through the long-term accumulation.The software corporate culture has its lifespan, which can be divided into four stages as pioneering period, growth stage, mature period and decline phase. Different course of enterprises'growth will cause different characteristics of software corporate culture, and the culture of different periods can also determine the different characteristics of software enterprises, while paying attention to corporate culture can lead to enterprise's evergreen. So, enterprises should study the current situation of its own corporate culture constantly, finding out the value ditch through the research of value disparity between present culture and the needed culture, and do duly remedy to consolidate the team by spirit and idea, improving enterprise's core competence, while the corporate culture will prone to a kind of steady structure after long-term construction and transformation of corporate culture. So, the evaluation of the effect of the enterprise's culture construction can be established by the assessment of the key element of the structure of the software corporate culture.The assessment method is a huge methodology system, many methods are independent, while coincident each other, there are also many indexes for the corporate culture assessment. While studying the corporate culture assessment, foreign scholars always divide the content that corporate culture include into dimensions, and set corresponding indexes to make overall analysis; the demonstration research has referred to"Double S cube models"and"seven level theories of organization consciousness model", based upon which, the corporate culture status and evolvement trend for a certain software company have been analyzed, and the effect of corporate culture construction has also been evaluated with the Comprehensive Fuzzy Method, therefore the paper focus on the impact of corporate culture assessment on enterprises'corporate culture construction and transformation.The globalization of Chinese software enterprise has been launching quietly with the...
