| With rapidly urbanization, economic and social development needs much more land for population aggregation, as well as transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Improving land-use efficiency and promoting the land intensive use of urbanization will surely become our main path of development.Therefore, in the process of urbanization, how to improve the level of conservative and intensive use of construction land,not only related to urbanization objectives be attained, but also the future social and economic sustainable development in China.Under the background of urbanized fast development and the land supply and demand growing tension, this paper is taking construction land as the object of study, and Zhejiang Province as the region, selecting13indicators such as total investment in fixed assets as an evaluation factor, from four areas including construction land investment, benefits, intensity and dynamic potential, building the evaluation index system from macroscopic view. Then using principal component analysis and entropy method for determining the index weight respectively, analyze the dynamic change of intensive utilization of Zhejiang province during1995-2009by multifactor comprehensive evaluation,comparing and verifying the two evaluation results.The results show that the tendency of dynamic change is the same between those two methods.Changes in levels of intensive construction land use and urbanization level is not fully consistent. Most of the years, different from the trend of urbanization level raising year after year, the level of intensive utilization is rendered overall improvement with small shocks and twists in the process.At last, I find the reasons and put forward the correlation policy proposal in order to enhance intensive utilization level of Zhejiang construction land for the future. |
