A Study Of Synergic Relationship Between Urbanization And Intensive Utilization Of Land In Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi Province is in the rapid economic and social transformation of the transition period,the rational planning of land and intensive use of Shaanxi Province to promote the impact of urbanization.Under the background of the new urbanization,it is of great value to study the synergetic relationship between urbanization and land intensive use in Shaanxi Province,and to analyze the synergetic relationship between the two.In this paper,four cities in Shanxi Province as the representative research area,Xi 'an,Baoji,Hanzhong,and Yulin city as an example to land economics,macro-economics city planning of the theory of econometrics.Through analyzing existing literature on the basis of the first studies the relationship between urbanization and land intensive utilization,and then through the empirical analysis,using principal component analysis four urban land intensive use level and calculation and analysis of the urbanization level,and build the urbanization and land intensive use of the collaborative model,which from urbanization and land intensive utilization of cooperative mechanism on the collaborative relationship between the analysis and evaluation.On the basis of the above,the paper adopts the method of fuzzy ?type distribution,and establishes the cooperative measurement model according to the internal mechanism of urbanization and land intensive use interaction and its synergistic connotation.According to the hierarchical standard of synergy degree,The collaborative relationship between the two systems in-depth study,proposed to improve the urbanization and land intensive use of coordinated countermeasures.Results show that: The synergistic state of urbanization and land intensive use in Xi'an is in a highly coordinated state,and Baoji City and Yulin City enter a highly coordinated state in 2015,which is related to its urban development level and the effective allocation of land resources.Since mid-2010,Collaborative levels are in a low-level cooperative state,but have maintained a good growth pattern.In view of the above conclusions,the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
