With the development of society,the development speed of enterprises has improved significantly compared with that of the last century.Besides the competition in management,enterprises are more and more reflected in the competition of talents.Knowledge-based staff are employees who take the initiative to use their knowledge and gain value-added knowledge,they can create greater value for the enterprise,and provide a powerful help for the development of enterprises.The introduction of the amount of knowledge workers from many greatly affected the expansion speed of the scale of the enterprise,and the knowledge workers in the fierce competition in the current,how to recruit more knowledge workers has become a problem plaguing enterprises.Because of the characteristics of high-tech industry,the turnover rate of employees in W software company has been high,which makes the recruitment of knowledge workers become one of the most puzzling problems in human resource management.According to the relevant theory of knowledge workers of previous studies,this paper will take W software company as the research object,to study the existing recruitment process W software company,and questionnaire on the recruitment problems,the results are analyzed and summarized.Finally,on the basis of investigation and analysis,combined with the company's current situation,development plan and enterprise concept,and then summed up the problems existing in the recruitment process,in view of these problems,the paper gives the corresponding improvement plan,and carries on the statistical analysis to the preliminary implementation plan's result,in order to solve the enterprise knowledge worker recruitment difficult question to give the constructive suggestion.
