Cultural resources, with its irreplaceable advantages, plays a more and more important role in the tourism industry, and the museum travel provides a model of reasonable way combinated with protecting and utilizing. In the protection of all kinds of historical relics at the same time, museum travel provides high grade culture tourism tourist experience, digs a great museum educational potential and resides teach on the trip. Museum travel faces great opportunities for development. But at present in our country, most museums lags behind the social development both from management concept, management, or marketing planning, specific service measures and other aspects obviously.and can not dissatisfy the tourists.As one of the most famous historical and cultural cities, Cased on the Guangzhou Museum, this article analyzes Guangzhou museum management fundamental condition to point out the current situation and existence problem, at the same time, based on a questionnaire survey and a sample of data analysis, this paper makes an analysis of the Guangzhou Museum marketing potential market groups, Guangzhou museums marketing satisfaction evaluation, and combins the whole Guangzhou City, tourists’ satisfaction, the implementation of the Guangzhou museum marketing strategy research programme to satify the needs of tourists for different types. Finally, this paper brings out localization strategy and marketing strategy implementation and puts forward the related proposal to further enhance the satisfaction of museum tourism, museum tourism resources. At the same time, the museum tourism research is to effectively guide the development practice of museum tourism.
