Long-term care insurance system has attracted widespread attention from society and academia since it was piloted.The investigation and Analysis on the operation effect of long-term care insurance system is still relatively small.This paper takes Guangzhou,a pilot city of long-term care insurance system,as the case study object,and takes Guangzhou residents as the research object to carry out the investigation and study,and to analyze the satisfaction of Guangzhou residents to the long-term care insurance system and the influencing factors.According to the problems reflected in the survey results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide some data support for the government to continuously improve the long-term care insurance system.The content of the survey includes three aspects: first,the basic information of the individual(family)of the respondents;second,the degree and way of understanding of the long-term care insurance system and the recognition of the role of the long-term care insurance system;third,the satisfaction degree of the respondents to the long-term care insurance system.Data were obtained by electronic questionnaires and field questionnaires,and regression analysis was carried out by using binary logistic model.The results showed that the significant factors influencing residents' satisfaction with the pilot of long-term care insurance system included the degree of reimbursement,recognition of the role of long-term care insurance system and evaluation procedures.Finally,based on the research analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from several aspects that can affect residents' understanding and recognition of the long-term care insurance system and combined with the descriptive analysis results of survey data to further improve the long-term care insurance system and improve residents' satisfaction with the long-term care insurance system.
