Evaluation And Analysis For Regional Technological Innovation Capability Of Shanxi Province

At present, the competition between countries or regions increases fiercely. How to keep the advantage position in the competition has become the key problem of regional economic development. Reviewing the progress of modern economy of the world, it is not hard to see that the economic development level of a region is proportional to the technological innovation capability of the region. Regional technology innovation capability is the important symbol of regional competitiveness the basic power of the regional economic development. As a result, the research of regional technology innovation capability has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of economic and comprehensive competitiveness.Firstly, the research background and the present situation at home and abroad are summarized. Secondly, an index set of regional technology innovation is built after the description of related theories and recent situations of Shanxi province technology innovation capability.Regional innovation input capbility, support capability, innovative outcome and innovative output capability are the four aspects of the index set. Thirdly, the principal component analysis and the structure analysis method are used to evaluate and analyse the Shanxi province technological innovation capability. At last, some countermeasures and suggestions are given according to the evaluate and analyse result.
