The’Z-8’Bids Project Quality Management Research Of Zhe-Gan Railway Speed Up Transformation

With the peaceful international environment and fast development of the domestic economy,the "Mid-long Plan For Railway Network" had made and too much money had invested to the railway construction which mean our country entered into the golden time. In order to catch up with the developed countries’s advanced railway technical equipment level, so many measures have taken to improved our country railway construction standards.Of course, to ensure the project’s quality in the case of heavy task and tighe time is very important to the railway construction.In this thesis,Firstly, why we choosed the’Z-8’bids project quality management research of Zhe-Gan railway speed up transformation was elaborated, the domestic and foreign studies also were introduced. Secondly, the ’Z-8’bids project quality management of Zhe-Gan railway speed up transformation was introduced, and then point out the existing problem, such as carelessness investigation on the spot, quality responsibilities not detailed enough and comprehensive,less quality management system,different level of construction worker’s quality awareness, quality management not in place, quality information not importance, did not use quality control tools to discover quality problems during the construction,less quality assurance measures,lack of understanding the role of continuous improvement, and so on. Following the basic theory of project quality management, how to improve the’management of ’Z-8’bids project quality was analyzed,and finally it was improved.The improvements including:detailed investigation on the spot,detailed quality management plan, increase all personnel of the project department quality education, emphasis on the use of quality information and quality control applications, improving quality assurance measures,correct understanding of project quality economy, formatting the mechanisms of continuous to improve project quality management.In this paper, as the study is about a completed project,and project is one-time, single and variability, and each project has its own characteristics, so only a part of the management knowledge was used for the ’Z-8’bids project. Nowadays, the content of Project Management with it developed is very rich. As technical manager, we should continue to learn new management knowledge, and use it to manage project quality, in order to boost the project quality management of our company to higher level.
